Obama Wins Four More Years -- What does this mean for RE?

Celebrating 13 years at the 23rd Midwest Renewable Energy Fair

AES once again attended the Midwest Renewable Energy Association Fair, an event held annually in central Wisconsin that showcases the growing renewable energy market through booths, workshops, and events over a three-day period. According to the MREA website, nearly 20,000 people attended the event, which is a regular feature on AES' summer calendar.

AES celebrates Earth Day in St. Louis

The Advanced Energy Solutions, Inc. team participated in the 2012 St. Louis Earth Day Festival as
part of this year's Earth Day celebrations. The festival kicked off on April 22nd and had a great turnout
despite the less than ideal weather. Our booth was situated among a wide variety of vendors at the
outdoor Muny Theatre.

AES owner Aur Beck certified a NABCEP Photovoltaic Technical Sales professional

Aur Beck, owner and Chief Technician of local business Advanced Energy Solutions Group, Inc., is one of the first solar professionals in the country to pass the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) Photovoltaic (PV) Technical Sales Exam. This achievement sets Mr. Beck at the top of his profession.

AES featured on Solar Works for America website

Advanced Energy Solutions recently received significant praise and recognition from the Solar Energy Industries Association, through their website http://www.solarworksforamerica.com.

Chief Technician and CEO Aur Beck spoke with SEIA about the significant strides in installation quality and renewable energy education that AES has accomplished during its 12 year history of installing solar and other renewable energy systems, throughout southern Illinois and surrounding regions.

Gov. Luis Fortuno announced Thursday that the Caribbean's largest solar energy project will be built in Puerto Rico, an island heavily dependent on petroleum where power costs twice what it does on the U.S. mainland.

The Green Homes Great Health Festival

The AES team made it's way to the Green Homes Great Health Festival in the Missouri Botanical Gardens the weekend of September 23rd.
The Festival had a variety of attractions including an inflatable colon, to educate people on colon cancer. There was a local foods court that included Missouri based local foods.
A Fitness Pavilion was open to the public and live local bands from the area played for the festival. Visitors to the fair even had the chance to paint a public city bus.
