First Year Complete Care

We are responsible for the system, regardless of fault. If something needs to be done we do it. If there is an equipment failure, there is no labor cost to replace it.

10-Year Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If it is our fault, we will fix it at no cost. This includes roof leaks (although that would be a first, literally!)

Continuous Monitoring

We receive alerts regarding issues with your system, including underproduction, and will begin troubleshooting the issue promptly upon receipt of an alert. We also perform detailed production analyses at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, & 6 months, and then annually after that.

Manufacturer Replacement

We handle the interaction and installation so you do not need to worry. In the first year there is no labor charge. After that the charge is the actual cost of labor less what the manufacturer pays; no markup, no nonsense.

10-Year Power Production Guarantee

We guarantee 90% of the PVWatts production estimate used to right-size and design your system, as long as you follow our recommended Solar Best Practices for your system. If there is a deficit, we will increase the system size or pay the difference in production to the 90% mark.
